Mr. Mattson has been a music writer and producer for recording projects such as “Justice.” Additionally, Mr. Mattson was a published writer for MCA Music, (Lee) Greenwood Publishing, and Music Sales Corporation, where he wrote numerous corporate ad jingles and was an American Song Festival finalist. Prior to establishing Serenity Companies, Mattson was recruited by a U.S. Division of global conglomerate, Sampoerna International, to reverse their long-term losses into profit, which he did in a mere five (5) months. Then, working directly with the division president, they developed a new product brand, packaging, and budget. Mattson solo traveled and sold the new product brand to sell-through status with seventeen (17) of the top fifty (50) U.S. distributors. Mattson’s product and profit footprint positioned the company to a Twenty-Two Million Dollar ($22,000,000) acquisition sale.
Lolita Ritmanis is a ten-time Emmy Award-nominated composer, having won this award in 2002 for her work on Batman Beyond. An American-Latvian composer, Lolita has the privilege of working in both the United States and the European Union. Lolita is a founding member of Dynamic Music Partners, a title she proudly holds alongside partners Michael McCuistion and Kristopher Carter. Currently composing music for hit TV series: Marvel’s Avengers Assemble, as well as three (3) long form animation projects, the recently completed documentary film: An Act of Love, radio-play audio book Rain of the Ghosts, music for the feature film Give Til It Hurts, all allow for a diverse range of compositional expression. Past credits include: Teen Titans, Justice League, Ben 10, Spectacular Spider-Man, Scooby-Doo, Batman and Superman.

Valerie Castle is the CEO of Conciant, the premier lifestyle concierge company. Valerie grew up in the broadcast direct response media, marketing and advertising field. After entering the industry with Guthy-Renker Corporation where she led the company’s business affairs, Valerie served as VP of Business Affairs and Distribution Marketing for Positive Response Television, a fully integrated direct marketing and distribution firm and the second most successful IPO of 1994. Valerie later co-founded and served as president of K-Tel Direct Media & Marketing, a fully integrated direct marketing and distribution company. She then served as CEO of both First Class Marketing, Inc. (acquired by Real Marketing Services) and B&L Marketing Concepts, Inc.

Douglas Bornstein is the Chairman of Broadcast Cable Media Incorporated. Doug enjoys relationships with all of the advertisers in the television shopping and infomercial industries and is a long-time advertising executive, with a background in television and publishing working with such brands as Petersen Publishing, Rolling Stone, National Lampoon and MTV (Music Television). Doug has experience as both a corporate executive (President, Vice President and EVP of three different firms), and over a quarter century of general and broadcast direct response media, marketing and advertising. Doug is one of the original founders of the Electronic Retailing Association, the direct response industry’s governing association, formerly the National Infomercial Marketing Association.
